Enjoy the unique surroundings of Castle Espie after hours, as we approach World Sound Healing Day.

February is also Heart Month, making this the perfect time to take a break and relax in a nature-based setting that’s good for the heart.

Your host, Tessa Ann, will guide you through a Sound Spa Experience in the theatre space at this Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust venue.

On arrival, you’re welcome to take some time to enjoy the stunning views of the garden, ponds, and Strangford Lough. Then, settle in to relax and unwind to the soothing sounds of singing bowls, gongs, and drums, complemented by Tessa’s voice and the natural calls of the sanctuary’s wildlife in this tranquil nature reserve.

Light refreshments will be served after your sound experience, giving you the opportunity to reflect on your journey and relax in the café before heading home.

Following your sound experience, you are welcome to chat with a member of the Castle Espie team about the wondrous wildlife that visit this wetlands site.

Cancellation Policy:

Tickets for this event are non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation or postponements. In such instances, refunds or ticket exchanges may be offered.

Sound Bathing

The practice of therapeutic sound, like gong baths, uses sound vibration to help relax and reduce stress in the body. When you are more relaxed and less stressed it is easier for your body to activate its own natural healing mechanisms.
