What to expect

Each Bespoke Sound Spa Experience is carefully planned in collaboration with you. Before your event, we discuss your venue, audience, and objectives to design a sound experience that complements your setting and purpose.

On the day, the Sound Healing Spa travels to your venue with all required instruments and materials. The session begins with a short introduction, followed by an immersive sound journey using gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments to create a calm, restorative atmosphere.

Wherever possible, the natural qualities of your venue — such as its acoustics, textures, and surroundings — are incorporated into the experience. This approach enhances authenticity, reduces additional setup, and allows the sound to interact naturally with the space.

Each experience concludes with a quiet moment for reflection, allowing guests to absorb the benefits of the session and carry a sense of calm and clarity back into their day.

Planning your experience

Every venue and event is different, so each Bespoke Sound Spa Experience is carefully planned around your setting, audience and objectives.

Before your event, we'll discuss your venue, preferred format and any practical requirements to design an experience that complements both your space and the purpose of your event.

The Sound Healing Spa brings all of the instruments and equipment needed for the experience, creating a seamless and professional set-up for your guests.

Where possible, I work with the natural qualities of your venue, including its acoustics, architecture and surroundings, allowing the space itself to become part of the experience. This thoughtful approach creates an experience that feels authentic to its setting while keeping additional equipment and environmental impact to a minimum.

Indoor and outdoor venues can both be accommodated, depending on the location and conditions.

Set-up and pack-down are fully managed by Tessa Ann and her team, allowing you to focus on your guests while we take care of the experience.

Travel arrangements and any associated costs are discussed during the planning stage.
