    Begin your experience by slowing down together. As you settle into the peaceful surroundings of the Sound Spa Studio, you'll be welcomed into a relaxed and comfortable space to pause, reconnect and enjoy simply being together.

  • Immerse in Sound

    Guided by Tessa Ann, you'll experience a carefully curated sound journey using singing bowls, chimes and other gentle instruments. Every experience is thoughtfully adapted to the people taking part, creating a shared experience that feels calm, engaging and restorative.

  • Relax & Reflect

    As the experience comes to a close, take time to rest quietly before enjoying a refreshing herbal tea. It's an opportunity to reflect, chat together and leave feeling refreshed after time spent beside the peaceful surroundings of WWT Castle Espie.
