Event Overview

The Experience

Held within the studio space at The Sound Healing Spa, this immersive sound experience invites you to settle, rest and be immersed in a layered and evolving sound environment.

A range of instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, drum and subtle percussion are used throughout the session, creating a rich and supportive field of sound.

Unlike more open or environmental settings, the studio offers a more contained and enveloping experience, allowing sound to be experienced more closely and continuously.

With minimal guidance, the focus remains on direct experience. Participants are invited to engage in their own way, allowing time for stillness, listening and reflection.

As the session unfolds, sound is introduced gently and intentionally, supporting a slower pace and a sense of spaciousness within the environment.

The Setting

The experience takes place lying down within the studio space, allowing the body to fully relax and settle into the experience.

A short introduction will take place before the session begins.
