The Experience

Step into a series of relaxed sound sessions held within the setting of the tipi at Castlewood Holiday Park.

These 50-minute sessions offer a simple and comfortable space to pause, unwind, and reset, guided by live sound using singing bowls, gongs, and gentle percussion.

With minimal guidance, you are invited to get comfortable and listen, allowing the sound to support a sense of calm and ease.

The tipi creates a contained and cosy environment, adding to the atmosphere of the session.


Session Times

6.00 pm
7.00 pm
8.00 pm

Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes to allow for arrival and transition between groups.


Extended Session Option

You are welcome to book more than one session if you would like to stay for longer across the evening.

Comfort and What to Bring

To help you feel comfortable during the session, you may wish to bring:

A yoga mat or something to lie on
A pillow for support
A blanket or warm layers
Water

This is a relaxed, mostly silent session with minimal guidance.

Suitable for adults only.
