Join Tessa Ann from The Sound Healing Spa for a deeply restorative New Moon Sound Healing Experience at Down Arts Centre, Downpatrick. This 2-hour, retreat-style session invites you to rest, release, and realign your energy through a calming sound bath, followed by a gentle sound healing talk to help you integrate and ground. You'll be guided through a deeply immersive experience using the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, designed to bring your body and mind into a state of stillness and harmony.

This practice can support emotional release, reduce stress, and create space for meaningful intention-setting. The New Moon is a powerful time for reflection and fresh beginnings—an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and align with what you wish to grow in your life.

The session will take place in a calm and welcoming setting, with soft lighting and an invitation to bring your favourite cozy comforts.

You are welcome to bring a lounger chair if you prefer not to lie on the floor Whether this is your first time experiencing sound healing or you've attended before, everyone is welcome.
