Renowned sound artist Tessa Ann brings her celebrated Sound Spa Experience to Limavady as part of her series Sound Space Connect — Connecting People, Places and Spaces through Sound.
Within the tranquil walls of this beautifully restored heritage venue, you’ll be guided on a two-hour journey of sound and imagery, designed to restore harmony to mind, body, and spirit.
A Multisensory Experience
This special session combines live therapeutic sound with gentle projected visuals, enveloping you in a soothing atmosphere that invites reflection and renewal. As vibrations from crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and percussion instruments resonate through the space, delicate moving imagery will unfold on screen — creating a meditative landscape of colour, form, and rhythm.
Together, sound and light will connect you to the energy of the space itself, encouraging stillness, emotional release, and a deep sense of presence.
What to Expect
Tessa Ann will guide you through an immersive sound journey featuring:
Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls for deep relaxation
The drum for grounding and connection
Gongs, chimes, and rain sticks to awaken the senses
Gentle projected visuals to enhance focus and tranquillity
Every participant will experience the soundscape in a personal way — physically, emotionally, or energetically. Many describe feeling “bathed in sound,” restored and renewed.
How to Prepare
Bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket (some mats will be available)
Bring a bottle of water to keep beside you
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for deep relaxation
