Summer Solstice Sound Experience

An Immersive Studio Sound Experience

A small group immersive sound experience held within the studio space at The Sound Healing Spa, guided by Tessa Ann.

Limited to 10 participants, this intimate studio experience offers a more contained and grounded environment, allowing space for deeper listening, rest and immersion within sound.

Step away from the pace of everyday life and into a calm and supportive environment designed for stillness, reflection and sensory rest.

Part of The Place to BE series, this experience explores the relationship between sound, listening and environment within a more intimate and cocoon-like setting, where sound can be experienced more directly and continuously.

Taking place close to the Summer Solstice, this experience sits within a natural point of seasonal transition, offering a gentle invitation to pause, settle and reconnect through sound, space and stillness.

Event Overview

The Experience

Held within the cocoon-like atmosphere of the studio, this experience invites you to settle, rest and be immersed in sound.

A range of instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, drum and subtle percussion are used to create a layered and evolving sound environment.

In contrast to the more minimal and environmentally-led experiences within the series, the studio offers a fuller and more enveloping sound field, allowing sound to be experienced more directly and continuously.

With minimal spoken guidance, the focus remains on direct experience. Each person is invited to engage in their own way, with time to rest, listen and allow the sound to unfold naturally.

Designed to support calm, reflection and sensory rest, this experience offers an opportunity to pause within a quieter and more held environment.

The Setting

The experience takes place lying down within the studio space, allowing the body to fully relax and settle into the sound environment.

A short introduction will take place before the experience begins.
